工业园区概况 Briefs of Industrial Park 工业园区总体规划约9平方公里，位于重庆的主城区，在江北区中段唐家沱和寸滩两个街道内。南邻长江，北与重庆高新区、经济技术开发区拓展区和渝北区相邻，东接铁山坪森林公园，西至大佛寺大桥。工业园区主体位于江北区五里坪，具有区位优势、交通便利优势、劳动力价格低优势。 Located in the city proper of Chongqing and the middle section of Jiang Bei District, the planned industrial park covers 9 square km with its south adjacent to the Yangtze, north adjacent to Chongqing High-Tech Zone, Economic and Technology Development Zone, with Tie Shan Ping in its east and Da Fo Si bridge in its west. The main part of industrial park is located in Wu Li Ping of JiangＢｅｉ Ｄｉｓｔｒｉｃｔ featured by geographic superiority, good transport facilities and low labor cost. 园区以无污染或轻污染工业为主，主要工业门类为汽车、电子、通讯、仪表、生物工程、日化及食品加工。 The industrial park is dominated by non-pollution or light pollution industries with automobiles, electronics, communication, instrument, bioengineering, daily chemical products and food processing. 园区内有70万标箱寸滩港口；东西走向的319国道和南北走向的210国道从园区穿过，到江北国际机场15分钟可抵达；为园区配套的五里店至桂花湾的双向六车道一级公路于2003年底全线修通；渝怀铁路也从园区通过，在园区内有唐家沱火车货运编组站，交通十分便利。园区内水、电、气、通讯等基础设施齐备。目前已建设一批基础设施工程，部分水、电、气、通讯等设施已接入园区，园区已全面开工建设，进入土地整治阶段. Cun Tan harbor with a capacity of 700,000 standard container is available in industrial park; Jiang Bei international airport can be accessed only within 15 minutes through No 319 national highway from east to west and No 210 national highway from south to north; a Class I road with two ways and six lanes serving industrial park between Wu Li Dian and Gui Hua Wan was open to the public at the end of year 2003; Yu Huai railway also passes through industrial park. Besides the national preferential policies for supporting the grand western development and the municipal preferential policies, any business registered or newly-established business in industrial park, based on investment scale, technical level, expected benefits and financial income gained by the local government, enjoys a flexible land price policy --"One Policy for One Business", which varies among zero land price, price lower than cost or higher than cost. 江北区滨江路是重庆市重点工程。工程从嘉陵江江北农场至长江寸滩，全长27公里。其中从石门大桥至江北城全长11公里的一期工程于1997年12月开工，目前已实现初通。 As a key municipal project, riverside road engineering of Jiang Bei District starts from Jiang Bei farm to Cun Tan, with a total length of 27 km. Phase 1 of the project from Shi Men bridge to Jiang Bei town covering 11 km started in Dec, 1997 江北区滨江路是集交通、防汛、绿化、江岸治理等多功能于一体的城市基础设施建设项目。滨江路种植大面积的绿化，改变了沿江脏乱差现象；设置体育健身、餐饮娱乐等设施，为市民提供旅游观光的休闲娱乐场所；滨江路建成通车，并通过多条内侧道路与江北区原有主干道和嘉陵江上的4座大桥相连，形成交通网络，改善江北区及江北与外界的交通条件。随着交通条件和沿江环境的改善，将有力地促进滨江路内侧大量土地的增值和开发，促进沿江企业的功能置换，将对提升城市形象，促进经济发展和社会繁荣都具有十分重要的作用。 Riverside road of Jiang Bei district is an urban infrastructure project integrating communication, flood control, forestation and riverside renovation functions. A large area forestation along the riverside road has improved aesthetic effects. The local residents can access the well-equipped fitness, catering and entertainment facilities. After the completion of the riverside road, based on its connection to the original main road and four bridges over the Jialing River, a communication network is formed, which greatly improves communication situation. 五桂路起自黄花园大桥北桥头的五里店互通式立交，终点在五里坪工业园区。沿线经过渝黔高速公路虾子蝙立交、渝邻高速公路黑石子立交、渝怀铁路太平冲编组站、渝涪高速公路桂花湾立交。全长20.05公里，全线按双向六车道一级公路标准建设，计算行车速度60公里/小时，路基宽22.5米，中央分隔带2米（五里店至虾子蝙路基宽26.5米、两侧各3米人行道），全线共有特大桥2座，大桥4座，中桥2座，批准总投资为6.16亿元，已于2004年4月建成通车。 Wu Gui road starts from interchange in Wu Li Dian, north end of Huang Hua Yuan bridge and ends in Wu Li Ping of industrial park, passing through Xia Zi Bian interchange of Yu Qian highway, Hei Shi Zi interchange, Tai Pin Chong station of YuHuai railway and Gui Hua Wan interchange of Yu Hu highway, with a total length of 20.5 km. The whole line construction complies with Class I road standard with two ways and six lanes, with a driving speed of 60 km/h, 22.5 m wide roadbed and 2 m central separation belt (riverbed width between Wu Li Dian and Xia Zi Bian is 26.5 m with a 3 m sidewalk available in both sides). There locates 2 extreme large-sized bridges, 4 large-sized bridges and 2 medium-sized bridges in the whole line with the approved total investment of RMB 6.16 billion yuan and was open to the public in April, 2004. 五桂路是连接江北东西方向的一条重要通道，是我区的一条"城市拓展路"、"旅游观光路"、"群众致富路"，它连接了渝涪、渝黔、渝邻三条高速公路以及黄花园大桥和将要修建的王家沱大桥，沿线有黑石子医药化工基地和江北区规划的寸滩、太平冲、五里坪三个工业园区以及即将建设完成的渝怀铁路太平冲编组站和开工建设的寸滩集装箱码头。它的建成将对我区寸滩、唐家沱地区的几十万平方公里土地的开发，以及铁山坪旅游生态区的开发和郭家沱地区的经济发展具有重要的意义。 Wu Gui road is an important road linking west and east of Jiang Bei and it is regarded as a "Urban Expansion Road", "Tourist Sightseeing Road" and "Road to Wealth". It connects three highways of Yu Hu, Yuan Qian and Yu Lin as well as Huang Hua Yuan bridge and the planned WuＪｉａ Ｔｕｏ ｂｒｉｄｇｅ, with Hei Shi Zi Medical and Chemical base, the planned industrial parks of Cun Tan, Tai Pin Chong and Wu Li Ping, plus Cun Tan container harbor under construction available along it. 铁山坪旅游生态区是市政府批准、规划建设的旅游度假区。铁山坪距离市中心27公里，面积14．92平方公里，风景秀丽，气候宜人。其中森林面积10.26平方公里，可开发建设面积近4平方公里。区委、区政府力争用5年的时间将其打造成重庆直辖市主城区的城中花园，集休闲、健身、会务、旅游度假于一体的国家AAAA级生态旅游区。 Located 27 km away from the city center and covering an area of 14.92 square km, Tie Shan Ping Ecotourism Zone with beautiful landscape and pleasant weather is vacation-oriented tourism zone approved and planned by the municipal government. It has a forest area of 10.26 square km and 4 square km of them can be developed.
